Reverse engineering

Reverse engineering is the reconstruction of a 3D model and technical documentation of a part,
for which there is no longer any available source documentation.
We can also prepare a pre-printed prototype of the item
with additive technology (3D printing) in the range of 305 × 320 × 325 [mm].
The starting point is 3D scanning with the ZEISS T-SCAN HAWK 2 scanner.
Based on the collected points cloud, we create
an exact mathematical model in the Siemens Designcenter X software.
We most often use this service for regeneration and repair.
tools and equipment, when the original
documentation is not available or requires updating.
We prepare a measurement report for each model.
confirming the geometry’s conformity with the actual detail, and if there is such a thing
need – complete implementation documentation ready for production.
Thanks to our many years of workshop experience, we know,
What are the real production problems.
Therefore, the recreated model is immediately designed with that in mind.,
so that it could actually be executed.
When the process requires it, we streamline it to eliminate the possibility of failures occurring.
